Why can't I download the images?
To download in the highest quality, simply click the "Open" button to open the template in Canva. From there, you can select which images you'd like to download (or select all) and download directly to your device. Please note that most of our templates require customization. This is for several reasons: to protect our members from non-paying members screenshotting the posts and using them for free, and to ensure your posts gets good engagement and results by being personalized to you.
How do I copy the caption?
To copy the caption, left-click and drag your mouse cursor over the portion of the text you wish to highlight. Right click (or click Ctrl + C) to copy the text to your clipboard. To paste, right click again and click paste (or click Ctrl + V). On your phone? Hold down the text with your finger to highlight it then tap Cut, Copy, or Paste.
